1. PRICE LISTS

The prices of the products are in Euros and include the VAT in force. They may be reviewed and modified, if conditions require it, at any time.

A. Cash on delivery

Valid form of payment for shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order through the transport company that makes the delivery.

Cash on delivery is an additional cost of 5% of the order amount.

B. Transfer

When selecting the bank transfer as a means of payment, you will receive, together with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail indicating the account number in which to make the bank transfer in the name of RACHA SK8 JACA, S.L.
It is very important that you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.

The order will not be considered effective until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EUROS and that all eventual exchange and banking commissions are your responsibility when opting for this payment system.

C. Credit card (T.P.V.)

You will enter the secure website of our financial institution where you will be asked for the card number and the expiration date. Once accepted, it will direct you to a secure web page of the bank / box where you have your card, in which you will be asked for a security code. This password will be of a different type depending on the entity, if you do not have it yet, you should request it from your bank / savings bank. In this way we guarantee that your card is not used for fraudulent purchases by third parties.

D. Paypal

PayPal enables consumers with email to send payments over the Internet safely, conveniently, and cost-effectively. The PayPal network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. Paypal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.

3. SHIPPING FORMS AND DELIVERY TIMES

RACHA SK8 JACA, S.L reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, regardless of what is stated in these pages and as long as it does not entail a manifest damage to the customer.

Delivery in 24/48 hours in the case of shipments to the Peninsula and 48/72 hours in the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands.

Free shipping on orders over 120 Euros (VAT included). For orders of a lower amount, 6 Euros (VAT included) will be charged for shipping costs.

Attention: For orders that include ski boards, € 10 (VAT included) will be charged for each pair of boards. The amount of the ski boards will not be considered for the calculation of the free postage.

Attention: The amount of the Outlet products will not be considered for the calculation of the free postage.

In the event that we do not have stock of the requested item, we will contact the buyer to look for a possible product change, wait for the replacement by the supplier or return the purchase amount if the payment has already been made.

4. WARRANTY

RACHA customers benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.

Losses in the functionality of the items, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF MATERIAL

We have an after-sales service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a quick and efficient service to our customers.
